Praça da Corujeira is in Campanhã, in the eastern part of Porto. The square is known for its mature plane trees and public garden, with areas for sport and leisure. The wider eastern zone is undergoing continued urban renewal and investment.

A calm contemporary façade with strong natural light.
The architectural expression is defined by a clean white façade, generous glazing, balconies and dark metal detailing. The composition creates a restrained contemporary identity while opening the homes towards daylight and the surrounding trees.

From the street, the project reads through the contrast between light façades, transparent glazing and darker architectural details. The result is contemporary, precise and visually connected to the mature landscape around the building.

The interior language combines a restrained neutral palette with timber accents, soft textiles and carefully framed natural light. Kitchens, living spaces and bedrooms are presented as calm, functional environments rather than decorative showpieces.

The bathrooms use strong surface texture, transparent shower screens, dark hardware and clean white sanitaryware to create a contemporary, hotel-inspired feel.
